By attending our events, you acknowledge and agree that photos and
videos may be taken during the event. These photos and videos may
feature event attendees, including you, and may be used by the Company
for various purposes including, but not limited to, social media,
advertising, television, magazines, and other promotional materials.

you do not wish to have your image used in this manner, please inform us
in writing before the event or notify our event staff on the day of the
event. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your image is not
captured or used.
